 As an Artist, I have my own list of tools and procedures used to

create. First I start with a blank canvas, and see the bathroom

as a room used for quiet time, and a place for gathering yourself.

My knowledge of items available also helps with selecting this or

any style. I Start with Tile as an impressive visual that sets the

tone for your bathroom remodel. Next I select the fixtures that

are dictated by the tile tones. As I continue with my thoughts, my

showroom will help you to see in your mind's eye, my designs

using the item list I created. We can also revise the design

together until you are satisfied.    A great color or theme makes

a difference in your bathroom remodel. Many homeowners have

a different image of space, style, and budget that I can help with.

Using my experience as a guide gets the right combinations of

tile, fixtures and sizes that fit your area. I grew up in the Home

Building sector. My experience in this area, is the most important

knowledge I use, when it comes to redesigning or relocating the

fixtures needed. Drawings and Designs I have created are used

to get all the approvals needed for  new added features such as

windows, doors, skylights, hidden doors, and shower panels, the

list goes on.

·       2. Supply and install cost proposal

·       3. Meeting in the Showroom

        4. Implement a Contract or Design Retainer; In the event that you decide to use a different contractor

        you can still continue to use The Water Closet for purchasing supplies, and designing. Our Design retainers

        start at $200.00 and are completely refundable upon a purchase of a labor contract.
